Refund policy

This online service is strictly for online ecommerce and retail sales of our Black Pioneer Store goods, products, services and suitable or selected products, accessories, gifts, apparel, sportswear items of our ecommerce business online, retail services.. Due to the order process and sourcing of goods worldwide, we do NOT refund or exchange products or goods i.e all is ''FINAL SALE''. Unless their is a legitimate error or problem with your order i.e. 100% missing item or damaged item or product.  If this occurs, please use our contact form to inform us of the legitimate damage, error or problem immediately. Do NOT wear, use or damage packaging of product. You must ensure you supply your full name, address, contact info, receipt number, and photographic evidence of any damaged, missing item, product or goods. Please ensure you use and double-check your selected colour, size, product description, estimated delivery time and price, before making and finalizing your order. NB: REFUND claims or notifications must be made within 14 days maximum, with all of the above requirements.  NO ITEMS OR PRODUCTS MUST BE WORN THEN REFUND ATTEMPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS! The customer is also responsible for return shipping cost and 20% restocking and rehandling of the item lost, stolen or severely damaged. Thank you for your support.
